The GE Vivid 7 was the best selling midrange cardiac ultrasound machine for some time. It’s best known for it’s premium image quality, image management, and quantitative tool sets. It is no longer produced, but still can be purchased in excellent, like-new condition from A.M.E!

The GE Vivid 7 ultrasound is one of the most well-known cardiac ultrasounds available. It offers realistic, 4D imaging and delivers optimal performance for cardiac, vascular, general imaging and the OR environment. Furthermore, with advanced workflow features and a wide selection of high-quality ultrasound transducers, this premium ultrasound system enables ultra-definition imaging as well as efficient image acquisition and processing capabilities. As a midrange ultrasound system, the Vivid 7 doesn't contain the same advanced features available as the Vivid E9, for instance.

Designed to increase clinical productivity, the GE Vivid 7 ultrasound includes several time-saving features via a software-based imaging platform. From imaging acquisition to reconstruction to analysis, this ultrasound system features:

  • Full integration and a dramatically streamlined acquisition and analysis of all echo exams
  • Online 4D renderings performed in real-time during scanning
  • DICOM connectivity and embedded raw data storage
Like all other systems in the GE Vivid ultrasound family, the Vivid 7 is not just a cardiovascular system - but is capable of producing images for an array of applications including small parts, abdominal, and OB-GYN for both adult and pediatric patients. For any additional questions or concerns regarding this system or any other ultrasound machine, please do not hesitate to contact us.
